These Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you (the "user") may use the website and services as offered by Rahanni-Reflex Healing Therapies. This website provides a complementary therapy and well being service to the public. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. When adding your contact details to this site. You are agreeing to allowing me to process your information related to the reason you are making contact. Reasons can be but not exclusive to: Booking a service, email subscription, making contact for further information. You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from me, by email or any other form of contact you may provide me with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify me at any time Please visit my privacy policy for further details on how your personal information is processed. (link can be found at the bottom of the page) If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, from either a subscription or emailed service (newsletters etc.) please contact me with your request. There is also an unsubscribe link at the bottom of my emailed newsletter or updates which is sent out periodically. All therapy session services are subject to a cancellation notice of 48hrs. No shows or late cancellations will be expected to cover the full cost of your chosen service as a result of not being able to re-fill the time slot. There are some exceptions to this charge and they come under exceptional circumstances and things out of your control. They could be as follows but not limited to: Sudden or contagious Illness, hospitalisation, car breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, family bereavement. In addition to this, as your therapist, I may not be well enough to carry out any treatment and therefore reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at short notice. Each service I provide is detailed on the "services" page. As with all complementary or holistic therapies. No claims are made to cure nor can I make any claims of 100% success. This is due to every person being different and their response to treatment varying. Results are also determined by a person's commitment, time and motivation to improve wellbeing. All appointment times must be adhered to especially at busier times otherwise I cannot guarantee you will receive your full treatment time - Full payment will still be expected. The fee is what is stated at the time of your service booking and is to be paid either online prior to appointment or on the day of treatment. At times the fee may be reduced if I am running an offer. Please read the details carefully upon booking so you understand the following: What it is you are paying for You are aware of any expiry date (gift cards) To make Kerry at Rahanni-Reflex aware if you do not receive the automated information following your booking confirmation. It will be a separate email detailing what to expect at your first appointment with Kerry. The Breathing Space (whether at normal rate, concessionary rate or online service) is a monthly subscription service which can be cancelled at anytime. You will still have access to the group and any outstanding service until the end of any cancellation period (see below) The introductory price remains in place all the while you remain a paying Breathing Space subscriber and will revert back to normal price upon cancellation and if and when rejoining at a later date. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep to the guidelines of service which The Breathing Space offers you. This includes, ensuring you stick to booking your appointments in a timely fashion and within each month you are paying for. Sessions will not be allowed to roll over into the following month's subscription. This service has been set up to ensure your wellbeing needs are met and this means booking your appointments accordingly. All subscriptions are monthly rolling which means that should you cancel, you will remain a member of the group you are subscribed to, until the day your membership officially expires after you have cancelled your payment plan. All events paid for, have a 7 day cancellation policy and any deposit paid will be non-refundable and an alternative date sought in the event that you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances. In any communication, Kerry will address you by your first name. If this makes you uncomfortable then please contact her to discuss. If you wish to bring a chaperone with you to your appointment then please advise at time of booking - There is room provided for one extra person. When purchasing a bundle of sessions then please note that it is your responsibility to ensure Kerry is made aware of your preferred dates as soon as possible after purchase. The website is setup for you to book directly or contact Kerry and can be rescheduled if necessary within the guidelines of the cancellation period in place. In order to use the website and/or receive their services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Purchases made for any digital product (eBook etc.) will be non-refundable. The prices charged for using the services and any products are listed on the website. Kerry at Rahanni-Reflex reserves the right to change the prices for services and products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged with immediate effect to your chosen payment method. Any offers or discounts etc. run within a campaign by Rahanni-Reflex will exclude any existing appointments already made/booked or pre-booked either by Kerry, Rahanni-Reflex, yourself or someone else booking on your behalf. Please make sure you read the information supplied carefully. Kerry at Rahanni-Reflex may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services they offer; or create limits for the services. They may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. The Service, all course content and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of www.rahannireflex.com. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kerry Coppen or Rahanni-Reflex Healing Therapies, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kerry Coppen, owner of Rahanni Reflex Healing Therapies or Wix assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein. This website will in future include a user friendly membership community. All users that join the community will have a public profile that is publicly visible to other site visitors. This includes public activity (such as posts or comments) which will be visible to other visitors of the website. It is important to note that a user of this website can always opt-out and exit the community and upon doing so, the user’s profile will not be publicly visible.
