The Energy of Courage

For anyone that knows me personally, I am an introvert and i'm pretty socially awkward and shy at times. It's not going to change that dramatically anytime soon but I do acknowledge that as a female business owner being this way presents its challenges..

From the end of last year, to-date, I have been presented both personally and professionally with opportunities/experiences which I would normally have turned and run from - The answer would have been "no" from the start but instead I've tentatively explored them and found myself saying "Yes" or "I'll think about it.. (well.. it's not a no!) and whilst most seem to be working out, there have been times when they haven't gone quite as I expected but there's still growth within the experience.

Courage, for me demonstrates the energy I am in for 2024 and I definitely feel I'm being supported as I walk through this year.

  • I've found myself signing up on courses I said I never would,

  • Emotionally opening up and exploring those deeper feelings which were a "no-go" zone for a while.

  • Upping my self care routine

  • I've started networking for my business and to also receive personal support.

  • The biggest act of courage so far for me was having to acknowledge that I needed to take a good hard look at myself and my health, which I did and I lost 2 1/2 stone in weight, reversed diabetes, high cholesterol and generally now feel much healthier in myself.

All of these things, have taken an element of courage for this introvert who likes nothing more than hiding away..

So some questions for you all to consider... What is on your "to do" list which you need an act of courage to see through and explore? What do you keep putting off because something else is considered more important than you - Is this REALLY true - What is more important than you, your health and happiness? What ONE simple change do you have the courage to see through?

So what, if it doesn't work out, it's the fact that you tried (keep trying if you need to) but get off that starting block and see what opportunities present themselves to you. You never know what the outcome could be unless you try/ask/do..

Many of my clients have been in a similar position to me. They took the opportunities, tried different things and ways of doing something differently and have received amazing results..

The treatments I offer, create the spark, they fire up your determination to succeed. They facilitate your journey back to health.. The rest is up to you..

I wanted to share this with you today because like you, I'm human, I go through a range of emotions/experiences too but we are in this life together and no-body is better than the other.

Surround yourself with your supporters - those people who truly love you and will cheer you on and pick you up when on days, you feel like giving up.. Let's support each other as we progress through.

Enjoy your day...
